Children's Choir
For K-6th grade. Children’s Choir rehearses seasonally for 1 hour per week and children receive training in note reading, solfege, and instrumental techniques as well as singing. They perform a few times during the year, offer a Christmas musical and sing around Easter. Additionally, all children are invited to the Music and Drama Camp held at the end of July each summer!
Chancel Choir
For anyone from junior high school through adults, this choir sings traditional anthems most Sundays and at special services including the Christmas Cantata and Lenten Tenebrae Services. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 PM in the Choir room.
Jewel Tones
Our Adult Treble Choral ensemble meets weekly for one hour and generally sings about once a month. They also sing for the Maundy Thursday service and for Christmas Eve. Occasionally they also perform for community events/concerts and performances.
Bell Choir
Members work as a single unit of music that transcends the mechanics and “speaks” to the listener. The Bell Choir meets Wednesday evenings from 6 - 7pm. Ringing bells requires the ability to know right from left and count up to 6, and enjoy cooperating as a team.
Praise Team
The Praise Team provides music for the contemporary service, and welcomes vocalists as well as musicians on instruments such as acoustic, electric or bass guitars, keyboards, and drums. Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 6:30 pm in the gym.
