Rev. Dr. Ralph Herbert has 35 years of ministry experience, most recently retiring as a PC(USA) pastor from Great Bridge Presbyterian Church in Chesapeake, VA, last summer, where he served for over 20 years.  He loves to preach, teach, and mentor, and is filling a need at SPC by serving as our Interim Director of Discipleship in a part-time capacity.  In this role, he is offering Bible studies, mentoring staff, planning discipleship programs, and developing teacher training.  He will occasionally be assisting in worship.  Ralph is maintaining limited office hours on Tuesday mornings and is also available by appointment.
